Employer Nomination Scheme

Permanent residency for skilled workers

Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) Permanent Visa

Subclass 186

The Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) provides three ways for overseas workers or temporary workers in Australia to be sponsored for permanent positions:

  • Direct entry stream
  • Temporary residence transition stream
  • Agreement stream

Broad experience

The team at LRG Lawyers has significant experience assisting with the ENS, and can help you manage every step of the application process on your behalf. This includes

Preparing the nomination application that outlines the genuineness of the role and requires substantive business documentation.
Help with selecting which of the three streams is applicable to the applicant’s current circumstances.

Preparing the Visa application for your employee. The specific skills and qualifications as well as English language requirements depend upon which of the three steams is selected.

Complex requirements

As the ENS requires significantly more documentation than 482 Visas, and has far more stringent conditions that you need to meet, it’s important that you get the application right, first time.

Every step of the way

LRG can oversee the entire application process and manage every step of the way. By lodging only full and complete applications on your behalf, we can ensure a timely turnaround from lodgement to a final decision.
